The “Artists moving & learning” partnership consists of an interesting mix of academic institutions, technical institutions, public and private bodies, and is led by a European association active in the cultural administration training sector. The eight partners have thorough experience in EU projects and research.

Established in 1992, ENCATC is the only European network of higher educational
institutes and training organisations for cultural management.

The Foundation Ater Formazione was set up in 1991 as a research and
training organisation. As part of its training activities, ATER develops

cultural observatory of the region of Emilia-Romagna.

The Institute for Leisure Studies at Deusto University is the only academic

Budapest Observatory
Regional observatory on financing culture in Eastern-Central Europe, Hungary
The Budapest Observatory was established in 1999 with the support of the
Hungarian National Commission for UNESCO. The observatory provides
information about cultural activities and products financed in Eastern &
Central European countries in addition to conducting analyses, surveys and
research, in most cases of a comparative character.
