Building capacity

We want to promote capacity- building in the cultural sector. We therefore initiate and support training for trainers and students of ENCATC member organisations and institutions.

Our training activities provide a platform for participants to share information on curricula and methods, analyse existing research and practice, compare different approaches, and experiment innovative solutions.
