ENCATC BOARD
The ENCATC Board is the managing body of the association.
The Board is responsible for implementing the annual work programme in accordance with the ENCATC budget approved by the Annual General Assembly.
The Board consists of seven persons elected by the General Assembly. Priority over one place is given to a member who is not a full member: otherwise, Board members shall only be drawn from representatives of full members of the association. Board members are elected in their own right and as individuals, not with a duty to represent their country. In the case of need, in the overall context of a particular project or skills need, the Board may co-opt up to two persons for a period not running beyond the next annual General Assembly.
General Assembly
The annual General Assembly (GA) is a statutory body open to all ENCATC members, which meets once per year.
At the annual General Assembly, the work programme, budget, membership report, strategic developments and membership fees for the year ahead are discussed and approved. Progress of work is evaluated.
Every two years, ENCATC members at the annual General Assembly elect the members of the Board, the President and the two Vice-Presidents.
Only full members are entitled to vote at the annual General Assembly.
