Governance & Structure

ENCATC has a permanent Secretariat in Brussels, Belgium headed by the Secretary General. Among other responsibilities, it disseminates information about the network's activities, news from members, edits and produces a variety of printed and online pubblications.

The annual General Assembly (GA) is a statutory body open to all ENCATC members, wich meets once per year. At the GA, the work programme, budget, membership report, strategic developments and membership fees for the year ahead are discussed and approved and progress of work is evaluated.

Every two years, ENCATC members attending the GA elect the members of the Board, the President and the two Vice-Presidents. Only full members are entitled to vote. The functioning of ENCATC is stipulated in the Statutes.
