"Cross-cultural and cross-national approaches to cultural policy research"

The third Young Cultural Policy Researchers (YCPR) Forum took place in Barcelona on 21 and 22 October 2009 in the context of the 17th ENCATC Annual Conference and the Cultural Policy Research Award (CPRA) Ceremony. The Forum 2009 was organised by ENCATC in partnership with the University of Barcelona and with the support of the European Cultural Foundation, and focused on “Cross-cultural and cross-national approaches to cultural policy research”.

This year's Forum was positioned along the Cultural Policy Research Award 2009 (CPRA). The CPRA winner was announced by an international jury during a ceremony on 22 October in Barcelona.
