"Cross-cultural, qualitative approaches to cultural policy research"
48 young researchers and experts on European cultural policy from 17 different countries attended the 2nd Young Cultural Policy Researchers Forum that took place last 15 and 16 October 2008 in Lyon at the occasion of the 16th ENCATC Annual Conference and the Cultural Policy Research Award ceremony.
The researchers, who received a grant to participate in the forum, had to opportunity to discuss with other young colleagues about Cross–cultural and Cross-national approaches and themes and methodological questions. They met as well Xavier Troussard, European Commission, DG EAC and Robert Palmer,Director of Culture and Cultural and Natural Heritage at the Council of Europe.
