ENCATC Research Session

The ENCATC Research Session was initiated in 2010 as a means of further stimulating and encouraging research in the cultural sector. The session provides the opportunity for ENCATC Members to present one of their research papers to the international audience in attendance at the ENCATC Annual Conference. The session is chaired by Fabio Donato from the University of Ferrara in Italy and Jacques Bonniel, Former ENCATC Vice President from the French Université Lumière II in Lyon.

The 2nd ENCATC Research Session took place on the 14th of October 2011 in Helsinki and welcomed 25 researchers from 14 countries.

The 3rd ENCATC Research Session was held during the 20th ENCATC Annual Conference "Networked Culture" organised at Goldsmiths, University of London on 12-14 September 2012. Authors who responded to the call launched on 21 March 2012 and were invited to attend presented their papers on the afternoon of 12 September.

The 4th ENCATC Research Session will be held this year in the framework of the 21st ENCATC Annual Conference to be organised from 5-7 November Brussels and Antwerp, Belgium. The call for abstracts will be communicated this spring. More information about this event will be communicated through our channels. If you would like to receive updates from ENCATC, we invite you to join our mailing list.
