Symposium: Animation of Public Space through the Arts: Innovation and Sustainability

28-30 September 2011: Utrecht, The Netherlands

The Centre for Social Studies (CES), University of Coimbra, Portugal, the Utrecht School for the Arts, Utrecht, Netherlands; the Small Cities Community-University Research Alliance at Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada in close partnership with ENCATC, the leading European network in cultural management and cultural policy education, will organize on the 28-30 September 2011 a second annual symposium on Animation of Public Space through the Arts: Innovation and Sustainability.

Taking place at the Centre for Social Studies (CES), University of Coimbra, Coimbra, Portugal this event is an initiative of the ENCATC thematic area ‘Urban management and cultural policy of the city’ lead by Prof. Svetlana Hiristova since 2007.
