10th ENCATC Working Group on Evaluation

Arnaud Pasquali is Deputy Head of the Culture unit of the Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Commission in charge of the EU Creative Europe Programme. Arnaud Pasquali holds a diploma in business administration of ISC Paris Business School.  He started his career as a consultant and joined the European Commission in 2014 for which he was responsible for several EU MEDIA programme grant schemes in support to the audiovisual and cinema industry (training for professionals, market access, festivals, promotion of European cinema worldwide). He moved to the EACEA Culture unit in 2015 to manage the Creative Europe support mechanisms to European cultural networks and to the publishing sector.
