Eric Lemmens is a representative of the King of the Netherlands in the Province House of Limburg. He studied politics and history and specializes himself in the question/issues of Euroregional Development. During his talk, he will pay special attention to different moments of the Maastricht Treaty’s negotiations and final signing in 1992.
