In 2019 ENCATC is debuting a new activity designed as an instrument to foster the participation of young students and researchers in ENCATC activities.
From 2-4 October in Dijon, France, the "ENCATC Governance Camp #1" aims to bring together students studying cultural management and policy at ENCATC member institutions as well as from the European Association of Conservatories for a 3-day programme designed to engage youth representatives to contribute their ideas for improving ENCATC's governance model.
Working under the leadership of the PhD researchers who will come to Dijon to attend the ENCATC Young and Emerging Researchers' Forum (2 October), students will share and learn in this open "base camp" format environment that will include discussions, demos and interaction from attendees. The results of their work will be presented to the participants of the 2019 ENCATC Congress on Cultural Management and Policy (2-5 October).
ENCATC is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
