2020 ENCATC Capacity Building Days and Youth in Action Day

There will be a communication soon on this event moving online and no longer held in person due to the Covid-19 crisis.

The Capacity Building Days and Youth in Action Day activity was first designed by ENCATC in 2017 to provide young academics, researchers and students with an intensive learning programme delivered to:

• increase their capacities and their knowledge on specialised topics; 
• promote international and intercultural exchange and collaboration among the young generation studying at our member institutions across the entire culture field;
• raise awareness to a new generation about EU programmes, initiatives and ongoing EU financed projects.
  

The focus of the 2020 edition of this activity is on digitalisation. In particular, participants will analyse and discuss how the use of the technology and data analytics offer opportunities for value creation, promotion and impact on community engagement, cross innovation and new business models. 

 The two-day programme will be a mix of lectures,  case study and project presentations, and study visits.

Participants will also meet representatives from local cultural institutions and organisations, which will give them the opportunity to discuss and learn from their own practice and widen their professional network.
