ENCATC Members Talks - How can we become better in audience development?

In Rijeka 2020 – European Capital of Culture Tanja was responsible for managing and supervising the entire work of the participation, volunteering, audience development and capacity building program. During the bidding phase, she was coordinating local NGOs, giving the support within the development of their project proposals. For ten years she was a leader of Association for performing arts where she worked as coordinator and program manager (educational program, artistic program, and residency program), managing all European projects and International Co-operation projects focused on non-formal education and developing curriculum for competency recognition. As a dancer she performed on some of the festivals “Mine, Yours, Ours” “Zoom Festival ”, “Parforacije” and “Platform of young choreographers”.
