Guests of the 14th Cultural Happy Hour were invited to attend the opening of the second edition of Europe Refresh hosted at Les Halles in Brussels. This was a unique opportunity in Brussels to discover 40 selected cultural projects from Europe and Canada having not only an artistic aspect but that also address the social and solidarity economy. Europe Refresh is the European crowdfunding fair organised by Les Halles de Schaerbeek in partnership with KissKissBankBank, the European leader of crowdfunding.
