The digital incidence in the arts and cultural organizations in Latin America have provoked deep impacts in its value chain with radical changes in their structure and their processes. Its is necessary to know the dimension of these changes to make a contribution to the construction of new public policies and institutions.

OCArt Digital is a meeting where academics, cultural managers, students and agents of the sector will share experiences and knowledge in order to create synergies in the projects inherent to the development of the sector. It is a platform for connection and reflection on the opportunities faced by the different agents of the artistic and cultural field in the transition to the digital era.

• OPEN CALL FOR EXPERT: ENCATC members only. University of Los Andes (Colombia) is looking for an expert for an International Workshop. 
  The expert has to have knowledge and experience on the subject of transformation of an arts organization by the impact of the digitization of the process of Design, Production or Distribution of its services or products. Expert can be from Audiovisual Sector, or Museums or another artistic or cultural sector. University will cover the flight and accommodation for three days. 

This academic event is a professional development experience where renowned International experts, Latin American specialists, Academics and Managers will share spaces for reflection, dialogue and networking, in relation with the radical change in the arts organizations and arts entrepreneurship by the introduction of new information and communication technologies.
