Towards a closer cooperation with Regions

Online

Amidst the backdrop of European challenges and the impending European Parliament elections, now less than 100 days away, our upcoming Members Talk seeks to explore the vital role of cultural cooperation with regions. Starting from field observations, we aim to collectively assess whether current cooperation processes are sufficient and capable of mobilizing cultural stakeholders and citizens, connecting the local, regional and European levels from a horizontal and balanced perspective.

The European Union launches numerous initiatives, as do local and regional levels, but where do these two poles meet? Animated by our ENCATC Ambassador, Claire Giraud-Labalte, Art Historian and Cultural Heritage Expert, we will explore these questions from several points of view, including education, research and policy, together with the contributions of Mariachiara Esposito (European Commission) and Astrid Hannes.
