Deadline Extended: 2020 ENCATC Education & Research Session Calls

The deadline has been extended until 5 August 2020 to make a submission for the 2020 ENCATC Digital Education and Research Session that will take place from 9-11 November.

Organised alongside the 2020 ENCATC Digital Congress "Cultural management and policy in a post-digital world – navigating uncertainty" (3-12 November) 2020, each the Education and Research Session highlights the latest research trends, methodologies, innovations, and practices in cultural management and policy. 

Until the  extended deadline until 5 August 2020, the 2020 Open Call includes:  

  • Call for abstracts on the topics related to the Congress theme. 
  • Call for teaching demonstration proposals 
  • Call for panel proposal for the special language session in Spanish
  • Call for proposals for the special session for PhD Candidates

Proposals from any relevant discipline will be considered, provided that they make an original academic and professional contribution to the study and practice of cultural management and cultural policy.

Submissions are welcome from academics, researchers, educators, trainers, cultural practitioners, artists, and policy makers who want to present their work to a wide European and international audience. 

The Annual ENCATC Education and Research session has the aim to help research and educators bring their work, profile and their institution to the European and international stage. Thanks to the new knowledge presented, discussed, and exchanged it also aims to help advance new thinking, innovation, and practice that can contribute to making the cultural sector stronger and more sustainable!
