The 10th ENCATC Research Award on Cultural Management and Policy is now accepting applications!
ENCATC and The Cultural Management Fund from the University of Antwerp announce the call for applications for the 2023 ENCATC Research Award on Cultural Management and Cultural Policy. The esteemed ENCATC Research Award promotes the excellence on academic research in cultural management and cultural policy, emphasizing practical implications and fostering a network of innovative scholars. This year's ENCATC Research Award will be the latest addition to a long history of academic excellence in cultural management and cultural policy. It will be granted to a scholar whose thesis makes an original contribution to the field and is relevant to current issues and debates.
The annual ENCATC Research Award recognizes recently published PhD theses exploring cultural management and cultural policy with potential to shape public policy and aid culture practitioners. A new book based on the winner's thesis will be produced and released as part of the ENCATC Advances in Cultural Management and Policy Book Series. The book collection is published by Routledge, the world's leading academic publisher in Humanities, Social Sciences, and STEM.
The call for applications for the 2023 ENCATC Research Award on Cultural Management and Cultural Policy is open until 31 May, 2023. The Award ceremony will take place during the ENCATC Annual Conference in Helsinki (12 October), where the winner will be recognized for their groundbreaking research in the field.
