I started my internship with ENCATC in 2008 at the age of 25. At the beginning I put all my energies in organsing the 16th ENCATC Annual Conference in Lyon. I encountered many new situations and faced many challenges. At the same time I met many lovely and interesting people. In 2009 I was offered to become a Project Officer for three European projects where ENCATC was involved. As someone who thrives on goal setting and self improvement, it was an excellent opportunity to improve my skills and learn many new things from different “European” perspectives. When planning my professional career, I was not mistaken, choosing ENCATC led to my professional development. I became aware of my strengths and weaknesses and I understood what I want to do in the future. It was my dream to work abroad in an international environment and thanks to ENCATC I achieved it. I went on to work in the field of European projects, the Municipality of Genoa in Italy as a Communication Manager for “Creative Cities” project and then co - founded "CreAction" - a non-profit association with aim to provide know-how and operational tools for the project management for the cultural and creative industries by offering trainings, consultations, dissemination events and carrying out researches in the field of culture.
