My internship at Encatc was an opportunity to work with a leader organization that stimulates innovation. Having participated in the 2021 Digital Congress was, to me, an eye-opening experience; for, getting to know all the people who took part in it and the unique perspectives they shared with all of us was really refreshing and taught me many things about the field of cultural management.
